1. How do I choose the right grip for my firearm?

We make custom grips for a wide range of pistol models including Desert Eagle, Sig Sauer, Beretta, Browning, Smith & Wesson, CZ, and many more. When placing your order, simply select your firearm model from the product page. If you don't see your model listed, contact us and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your firearm.

2. What materials are available?

We offer four premium materials for our custom grips:

  • Walnut – A classic hardwood with a warm, rich tone. Durable and comfortable in hand, ideal for everyday carry and display.
  • Rosewood – A dense, fine-grained wood with a deep reddish-brown color. Naturally resistant to wear and beautifully smooth.
  • Root Walnut – Cut from the root of the walnut tree, each piece has a unique, highly figured grain pattern. No two grips are alike.
  • PMMA Acrylic – A modern synthetic material available in a variety of colors and finishes. Lightweight, impact-resistant, and ideal for bold custom designs.

3. What customization options do you offer?

Every grip can be personalized to your taste. Our customization options include:

  • Silver & Bronze Inlay Logos – Add a custom logo or emblem inlaid in silver or bronze for a premium look.
  • Laser Engraving – Engrave text, initials, artwork, or patterns with precision laser technology.
  • Surface Finishes – Choose from diamond checkering for a tactical grip texture, or dragon skin surfaces for a distinctive reptile-scale pattern.

4. How do I submit a custom design?

To submit a custom design request, please contact us with your firearm model, preferred material, and a description or image of your desired design. Our team will review your request and get back to you with a quote and timeline.

5. What are the shipping times and carriers?

We ship worldwide using FedEx and DHL. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard (in-stock) grips: 3–5 working days
  • Custom grips: 5–7 working days (after production)

6. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 60-day window for returns or exchanges on items that arrive damaged or are not delivered. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 60 days of your purchase date with your order details and photos of any damage.

7. How do I care for and maintain my custom grip?

To keep your grip looking its best:

  • Wood grips (Walnut, Rosewood, Root Walnut): Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. Occasionally apply a small amount of wood oil or wax to maintain the finish.
  • PMMA Acrylic grips: Clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that may scratch or cloud the surface.
  • Store your firearm in a dry environment to prevent warping or discoloration over time.
